Philly police want to jump on high-tech policing bandwagon

Manuel Santiago and Frank Jastrzembski were found guilty of lying during the 2016 retrial of Anthony Wright. Martin Devlin was acquitted of all charges.

The 46-year-old officer who fired his weapon has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of this ongoing investigation.

The money would go towards bolstering everything from the crime lab to the cold case unit.
