Philadelphia mayor says the city will ‘plug along’ on prevention as shootings spike

The survey found that only 48 percent of city residents believe Philly police are doing a good job.

Some Philly police officers stationed at schools during the school year will move to community centers as part of the city’s efforts to curb a spike in violence this summer.
