Pa. court battle erupts over voters’ signatures on mail ballots

Fulton County officials allowed outside inspection as part of an effort to find election fraud that then-President Trump falsely claimed existed after his 2020 loss.

Other defendants include former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows; Trump's personal attorney Rudy Giuliani; and a Trump administration DOJ official, Jeffrey Clark.

This is the third criminal case brought against Trump in the last six months.
