LGBTQ Pride at 50: Focus shifts amid pandemic, racial unrest

Thousands marched through Center City to Philadelphia’s Gayborhood with a record-breaking 400-foot Pride flag and one simple message: “Be You.”

Saturday's reading at the National Constitution Center brought 263 people to kick off Pride Month celebrations in the birthplace of America.

This year’s festival includes live performances, an area celebrating the ballroom community, a kid zone and an accessible space to recharge.
