Judge: Pa.’s coronavirus pandemic restrictions unconstitutional

The court refuted claims that N.J. residents' refusal to wear face masks at school board meetings during the COVID constituted protected speech under the First Amendment.

Wolf, a Democrat, signed his final 369 pardons this week, for a total of 2,540 since he took office in 2015. He surpassed Democratic Gov. Ed Rendell’s record of 1,122 granted.

The office of Attorney General Josh Shapiro asked the judge to delay enforcement of his ruling that many of Gov. Wolf's pandemic shutdown orders were unconstitutional.
