How coronavirus will disrupt Philly’s residential real estate market

Montgomery County will collect community feedback before recovery act plans are finalized by County commissioners in August.

The $250 million program helped 39,000 in Philly stay in their homes and prevent an eviction to show on their record for future rentals.

The program allows N.J. to buy eligible homes that are up for foreclosure and help residents stay by working with them to afford their mortgages.
