Gov. Wolf taps Alison Beam, Wendy Braund to replace outgoing Health Secretary Rachel Levine

Dr. Rachel Levine is the highest-ranking, out transgender person ever to serve in the federal government.

He joins more than four million Pennsylvanians who have gotten a first dose since the state began vaccinating people against the coronavirus in December.
