Gloucester County LNG export terminal would take 360 trucks a day, 24/7, Army Corps says

The Philadelphia LNG Natural Gas Export Task Force is charged with studying the feasibility of bringing an LNG export terminal to the Port of Philadelphia.

The extended permit gives Delaware River Partners, an affiliate of New Fortress Energy, until June 2025 to build a dock on the Delaware River in Gibbstown, Gloucester County.

Residents complain of a “rotten egg smell” as far as Buena Vista Township in Atlantic County.
