FOP loses decision over Philadelphia police department’s tattoo policy

Teens from the suburbs lured by social media are coming into Philadelphia and winding up shot or dead, according to Philly homicide investigators.

These demands — developed at a community forum held by the Rally For Justice Coalition — are about stopping police misconduct before it happens.

Several of the officers named in the Facebook database, compiled by a group called the Plain View Project, have been targets of multiple misconduct probes in the past.
