Delivery company goPuff left out key details before winning $39 million N.J. tax break

It is full circle for Gov. Phil Murphy, who began his tenure with an investigation into the tax break scheme started under his predecessor, former GOP Gov. Chris Christie.

The Philly-based late-night delivery company said it didn’t have to disclose federal labor violations when it applied for a $39 million tax break from N.J.

The programs, started under former Gov. Chris Christie, have awarded billions in incentives to companies that agreed to move to or expand in New Jersey.
