The U.S. Coast Guard is bringing in new ships and underwater vessels to search for lost submersible

The collision occurred at around 9 p.m. Wednesday in one of the world's most tightly controlled airspaces, just over 3 miles south of the White House and U.S. Capitol.

Passengers on the flight included a group of figure skaters, their coaches and family who were returning from a camp that followed the U.S. Figure Skating Championships.

Ten people were killed in the attack early Wednesday in the French Quarter. The game originally was scheduled for Wednesday night at the 70,000-seat Superdome.
