Court takes ‘naked ballots’ case over Pennsylvania mail-in voting

For Pennsylvania's state Supreme Court, November’s general election will feature three Democrats running to retain their seats, putting Democrats’ 5-2 majority on the line.

The justices ruled 6-0 to uphold the dismissal of a lawsuit filed by the city, family members of gun violence victims and the nonprofit group CeaseFirePA.

Krasner argued that the over 1 million people who registered were “scammed for their information.” Musk’s lawyers, defending the effort, called it “core political speech."
