Supreme Court hears challenge to Delaware’s partisan court balance requirement

Recent laws ban the sale of assault-style weapons, limit ammunition magazines to 17 rounds, and require a permit to purchase a handgun.

Many legal observers expect the court will reverse the Colorado ruling rather than remove the leading contender for the Republican presidential nomination from the ballot.
