Pennsylvania courts are again weighing a request to throw out a legal requirement that voters write accurate dates on the exterior envelope of mail-in ballots.

The lawsuit filed Tuesday by left-leaning groups challenges a provision in Pennsylvania law that voters must write the date when they sign their mail-in ballot envelope.
