Donald J. Trump will be the 47th president of the United States, winning decisively against Vice President Harris and appearing poised to sweep the battleground states. He carried Pennsylvania, outperforming his 2020 numbers in rural, suburban, and urban counties. Trump also had surprisingly strong results in New Jersey. This hour, we’ll examine election results – at the top of the ticket and down-ballot and look at what they tell us about the electorate, the issues, and the demographics. Was it an anti-incumbent or a pro-Trump result? Was it about the economy, culture, immigration or something else that propelled Trump to his second presidency?
