Twitter, Facebook ban fake users; some had AI-created photos

The lawsuit says not paying severance and bills is part of a pattern for Musk.

A federal appeals court says Elon Musk cannot back out of a settlement with securities regulators over 2018 tweets claiming he had the funding to take Tesla private.

Both sides are headed toward an October trial in a Delaware court.
