Officers won’t face any charges in Rayshard Brooks shooting

The remaining four officers have a May 6 trial date in federal court. A trial has not yet been set in state court.

Officer Randy Roedema was found guilty by the 12-person jury of criminally negligent homicide and third-degree assault. Officer Jason Rosenblatt was found not guilty.

Tou Thao was last of the four former officers facing judgment in Floyd’s killing.
