The judge ruled in January that Musk engineered a pay package potentially worth $56 billion in sham negotiations with directors who were not independent.

The lawsuit says not paying severance and bills is part of a pattern for Musk.

He moved Tesla’s headquarters to Austin, Texas, from California in 2021.
