‘Ignore’ Trump, Pelosi says, as House debates postal funds

The decision by the state Supreme Court sets in motion the process for counties to issue mail-in ballots to voters who requested one ahead of the Nov. 5 election.

A favorable outcome for the NAACP-led plaintiffs could ensure thousands of mail ballots are counted in November, but it would not happen in time for the April 23 primary.

The attorneys general who sued are in California, Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Washington, D.C.
