Judge allows smoking to continue in Atlantic City casinos, dealing blow to workers

Marty Small Sr., 50, is accused of asking his daughter to claim that a head injury she sustained on Jan. 13 occurred when she tripped and fell in her bedroom.

Prosecutors say the 31-year-old conspired with another man to fly the drone over pools between June and September of 2023.

At Friday's rally, workers said they are employing new tactics to ban smoking in the casinos after thus far failing to convince legislators to do it.
