Philly controller says Kenney administration not keeping careful watch on finances

Five mayoral frontrunners — including former council members, former city officials and a grocery store franchiser — have sought to differentiate themselves in a tight race.

Rhynhart is one of four women running to be Philadelphia’s next mayor. Nutter said “it’s about time” a woman is in charge of the city.

Rhynhart is among several former city officials, such as former City Council members Domb, Green, Gym, Parker and Quiñones Sánchez, who resigned to run for mayor.
