Three questions for the candidates for Delaware Governor

    This summer our WHYY mayoral forums expressed concern that our educational system isn’t up to the task of preparing all the state’s children for 21st century jobs. What needs to be done to improve graduation rates and the job readiness of our graduates, and how will you pay for those steps?
