St. Francis opens LIFE center at Wilmington Riverfront

St. Francis Healthcare opens Delaware’s first LIFE program for seniors. The Living Independently For Elders program is an all inclusive facility for older Delawareans to get the help they need dealing with health problems that limit their ability to care for themselves and perform daily activities.  The program allows those older adults to live at home and be served by a team of experts.  The first participants in the program are expected in January 2013.

State leaders including Governor Markell are expected to help St. Francis cut the ribbon on their LIFE facility at the Wilmington Riverfront this morning.
