Sixers co-owner interested in Hostess sale

    The Hostess liquidation isn’t a done deal, but if and when it is, Marc Leder is interested in acquisition.

    Leder, a Sixers co-owner, is interested in acquiring the company, according to an Inquirer report.

    No, the Sixers wouldn’t own Hostess. Leder’s Florida-based Sun Capital Partners, Inc. would be the new owner. But before any of that is possible, a bankruptcy judge needs to approve Hostess’ liquidation.
