More than two days after a 21-year-old man went missing after a Thanksgiving Eve night out with friends in Manayunk, the search is expected to resume Saturday morning.

Shane M. Montgomery, a West Chester University student from Roxborough, was reported missing after last being seen at Kildare’s Pub, 4417 Main St., just before 2 a.m. Thursday.

On Friday, an estimated 300 people handed out fliers in hopes of finding him. They are expected to resume their search, which supported police efforts via helicopter and divers, around 10 a.m.

Volunteers staged efforts out of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church on Rector Street, according to NewsWorks content partner NBC10.
