Scenes from Philly’s Diner en Blanc [photos]

Diner en Blanc returned to Philadelphia Thursday night for an evening of dining and dancing. Dressed entirely in white attire and toting everything one would need for a formal picnic in the streets, participants awaited anxiously near City Hall for the secret location to be revealed.

The sold-out crowd of 2,500 diners filed past blocked intersections, walked up the stairs from the Schuylkill River path and down sidewalks in the direction of 30th Street Station, converging at the JFK Bridge ready for a feast.
