Roxborough Papa John’s held up at gunpoint

An unknown male entered the Papa John’s located at 6001 Ridge Ave. in Roxborough at 10:51 p.m. on Sunday night armed with a handgun.

He pointed the handgun at the employees and demanded money from the cash register and safe. 

The suspect ordered all the employees to get on the floor. After attempting to open the safe, the suspect took $50 from the cash register and fled the store on foot in an unknown direction. 

The suspect is described as a black male between the ages of 30 and 40 with a medium build. He was wearing a dark-blue hooded sweatshirt, dark-colored pants and black sneakers.
