Authorities in suburban Philadelphia say a fleeing bank robbery suspect was shot by a witness and later taken into custody.
Officials said a man entered the TD Bank branch in Hatboro in Montgomery County at about 10:30 a.m. Wednesday and demanded money.
Police said he fled with an undisclosed amount, but a dye pack exploded, and a witness then pursued the suspect and shot him in a business center parking lot.
Officers then took the suspect into custody. There was no immediate word on his injuries, or the identity of suspect or witness.
