A man is dead after a fatal shooting in Southwest Germantown.

Just before 10:15 p.m. Wednesday, officers from the 39th Police District responded to the 200 block of W. Seymour St. near Wayne Avenue for a report of a shooting on the street.

There, they found 28-year-old Julius Black suffering from gunshot wounds to the back and back of the neck.
