Police car, cab crash in West Philadelphia
Three people are in stable condition after a police car and a cab crashed in West Philadelphia.
The accident occurred around 3 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of 56th and Haverford Avenue.
The officer, cab driver and a passenger sustained bumps and bruises.
The crash remains under investigation.
