Philly students return to Catholic high schools, PICA meets to discuss city budget

    As the rain clears up in Philly, Catholic school students are heading back to class. Lizz Fiedler is at St. Hubert’s where the girls are returning to a school they feared would close.

    Dave Davies is checking in with PICA, which is meeting today, but has not yet approved Philadelphia’s five-year plan.
    Tom MacDonald is covering the DNC from a local angle as he looks into the number of local police officers sent to Charlotte for security.

    Emma Jacobs is catching up with teachers who’ve been buying their own school supplies to get their classrooms ready.
