Philly cop shot in abdomen; in critical condition
A Philadelphia police officer is in critical condition after being shot.
Police spokeswoman Officer Jillian Russell says a male officer was shot in the abdomen in the city’s Feltonville section at noon on Tuesday.
The officer was taken to Temple University Hospital, where Russell says he’s in critical condition.
Russell says the shooter is in custody.
She had no information on the circumstances of the shooting.
