New Jersey school board candidates join the general election

    In an attempt, in part, to boost turnout in New Jersey, Tuesday marked the first time that school board elections were shifted to the November general election. NJ Spotlight’s John Mooney and NewsWorks Tonight’s Dave Heller issue a report card on the effort.
