A new community medical center opens in southern New Castle County today.
Sen. Tom Carper, D-Del, will attend this afternoon’s ribbon cutting ceremony for Westside Family Healthcare’s new facility in Middletown. The Dept. of Health and Human Services provided a $1.2 million grant to Westside Familiy Healthcare towards opening the health center at 306 E. Main Street.
