Neighbors of collapsed Levoy Theater sue for relocation costs

Millville’s Levoy Theater is expected to reopen in a couple months, but the community around it hasn’t bounced back quite as quickly.

Neighbors displaced following the theater’s collapse last January have filed a suit to cover their relocation costs.
Seven former tenants of the Fath Department Store want the Levoy Theatre Preservation Society and contractor Arthur J. Ogren Inc to know just how inconvenienced they’ve been by the theater’s collapse.

The Press of Atlantic City has the full details of the suit. The theate collapsed as it underwent reservations, putting nearby buildings in danger.
