Missing jet skier found alive by Coast Guard

A jet skier reported missing Tuesday night in southern New Jersey has been found alive.

Coast Guard Petty Officer 2nd Class Cindy Oldham says 68-year-old Thomas Graham was found alive around 8:30 a.m. Wednesday in the northern side of the Great Sound in Cape May County.

Oldham says he was taken to Cape May Regional Medical Center as a precaution.

She says a Coast Guard helicopter spotted Graham standing on his jet ski and waving what appeared to be a green flag. Another jet skier part of the search party then rescued Graham and he was brought ashore on a boat.
