Married gay couples in Philadelphia still in limbo with respect to benefits

Yesterday’s Supreme Court decision striking down a key provision of the 1996 Defense of Marriage Act is widely hailed by advocates and supporters as a key step toward the legalization of same sex marriage across the country.  But that step has yet to bear fruit for Philadelphia residents Rick Koonce and his spouse, John Galligan.  NewsWorks Tonight Host Dave Heller spoke with Rick Koonce about the landmark ruling and what it might mean for his family.
