Man kills wife, wounds self at hospital in Camden County

Authorities say a man fatally shot his wife and wounded himself at a hospital in Camden County in New Jersey.

Camden County Prosecutor’s Office spokesman Jason Laughlin says the shooting happened around 10:10 a.m. Wednesday at Kennedy University Hospital in Stratford. A possible motive for the incident has not been determined.

The man was flown to another hospital, where he was being treated for his injuries.

Numerous law enforcement officers were at the hospital where the shooting occurred, but the hospital was not evacuated.
