Kennett Square man invents a product to get rid of stink bugs

Imagine sweeping your ceiling, not for dust, but for stink bugs.

Hal Lewis of Kennett Square shared his invention, Stik-A-Bug, with the Kennett Paper.

The “Stik-A-Bug” is intended to help reduce the stink bug population with a glue pad with protective bumpers and a long handle. Once the bug and sticky pad make contact, the bug is left to its deadly fate.

The Kennet Square Man has high hopes of his product — actually his second attempt at a stink bug trap — going national.
