Moonlight Movies in Mt. Airy: Princess Bride
Friday, June 22, 8:30pm. Lovett Library park, 6945 Germantown Avenue. On Fridays until August 17, Mt. Airy USA, the Free Library, and Trolley Car Diner are presenting movies by moonlight. First up, The Princess Bride. Start grabbing lawn space at 8pm; the movies will start at 8:30pm. In the case of foul weather, the movies will show in the Clivden Carriage House (6401 Germantown Ave.).
Uptown Theater Tour
Saturday, June 23, 11am-5pm. 2231 North Broad Street (across Broad from the Uptown). Take tours of the Uptown Theater towers, from 1-2pm and enjoy the Uptown Theater Legends of Soul Back Yard Barbeque Fundraiser. Tickets can be purchased online for $20.
