Jill Biden will be at the new Dover Public Library to read and sign copies of her book, “Don’t Forget, God Bless Our Troops.” Biden will read the story around 10:15 a.m., and then sign the book. The book describers the experiences of her granddaughter during the year her son, and Delaware Attorney General, Beau Biden was serving in Iraq.
