Enterprise Center welcomes culinary facility for food-share activities

    For small food business that need a space, for community members who want to explore health meal options and for those looking to brush up on their culinary skills, West Philadelphia’s Enterprise Center cut the ribbon today on the Dorrance H. Hamilton Center for Culinary Enterprises.

     

    Enterprise Center President Della Clark and Mayor Michael Nutter helped cut the ribbon on the 13,000-sq. ft., LEED-certified center.

    Features include four licensed, shared-use commercial kitties available for rent to culinary entrepreneurs, an education center for health, nutrition and other workshops and support services like refrigerators and loading facilities.
