Police say a Dover High School wrestling coach has been charged with theft and misuse of a payment card.

Authorities say Brian Ogbin turned himself in Friday and was released on $20,000 unsecured bond. Ogbin’s arrest follows an investigation into the school’s wrestling boosters account.

Investigators say the found that debit card issued to Ogbin for the wrestling team was used twice at Dover Downs Casino, for a total of $510 in charges. Authorities say there were also cash withdraws at a local convenience store on three occasions, totaling $220.

Finally officials say more than $800 in profit from a wrestling fundraiser for which Ogbin was responsible was not added to the wrestling account and was missing.

Ogbin declined to comment when reached by telephone Monday.
