Crash, vehicle fire blocking lanes on Parkway in Holmdel

All northbound express lanes are blocked on the Garden State Parkway in Holmdel after crash and vehicle fire.
State police Sgt. Jeff Flynn said the accident happened about 8:15 a.m. today when a Ford Escape and a BMW SUV struck each other.
Flynn says there were no serious injuries, adding that the accident appeared to happen after one SUV rear-ended the other.
Heavy traffic is building back to near Exit 105, according to Google Maps.
No additional information was immediately available.
