Crash closes part of New Jersey Turnpike between exits 1 and 2

Motorists are facing major delays while a fiery crash continues to smolder on the New Jersey Turnpike in Woolwich Township.

The crash, which involved two tractor-trailers and a small tour bus that was not carrying passengers, occurred between Interchanges 1 and 2 early Tuesday.

State police closed the northbound lanes. But northbound traffic is slowly getting by on the shoulder.

    There’s no word on injuries.
