Clouds delaying flights in an out of Philadelphia

Low clouds are still delaying Christmas Eve flights in and out of Philadelphia International Airport.

It’s the second straight day of cancellations and delays due to bad weather.

The flight-tracking website FlightAware reports that inbound flights are being delayed at their origin an average of one hour due to the clouds.

The Federal Aviation Administration says those delays apply to flights that haven’t taken off yet and are part of a traffic management program.
