Boy with no shoes, jacket found wandering in Southwest Philly

Police are looking for the parents of a young boy found wandering alone in a Philadelphia neighborhood without shoes or a jacket.

WPVI-TV reports a woman found the child walking by himself in Southwest Philadelphia Thursday morning and brought him to a nearby daycare.

Workers at the daycare called police.

Officers took the child to a special victims center and are trying to track down relatives. He appears to be about 5 or 6 years old.
