Amtrak derailment causes SEPTA cancellations

Amtrak’s derailment in Philadelphia is causing delays and cancellations on commuter rail lines.

SEPTA service remains suspended throughout Wednesday on the Trenton Regional rail line. SEPTA says it possibly could be suspended for the rest of the week.

Additional train cars will be added to SEPTA’s West Trenton Line to accommodate Trenton Line passengers seeking alternate service.

Trenton Line passengers can also use SEPTA’s Market/Frankford Line to commute in and out of Philadelphia.
