AG Biden unveils child predator prevention plan

Attorney General Beau Biden will unveil plans to prevent child abuse by training adults to recognize and respond to signs of abuse.

The program is modeled on an initiative used in many other states is designed to engage the “broader community” in the effort to protect children. The AG’s office says while one in four girls and one in six boys will be sexually abused before they turn 18, only one in ten abused kids reach out for help.
