A second Republican congressman from New Jersey is speaking out about President Donald Trump’s ban on travelers from seven Muslim-majority nations.

U.S. Rep. Frank LoBiondo said in a statement Monday that while he supports strengthening the refugee screening process, the “hasty execution” created confusion.

He says it also created frustration and a misrepresentation of what America stands for. He urged the Trump administration to quickly reassess their plans.

Republican U.S. Rep. Leonard Lance said Sunday that the travel ban “appears rushed and poorly implemented.”
